What are your parking rates?
Our National Harbor Rates are:
- 0 – 1.5 Hours = $5
- 1.5 – 3 Hours = $15
- 3 – 6 Hours = $20
- 6 – 24 Hours = $24
- 0 – 1 hours = $16.00
- 1 - 2 hours = $22.00
- 2 - 3 hours = $26.00
- 3 – 24 hours = $33.00
- Valet = $49 per day
How do I pay for parking?
There are 4 easy ways to pay for parking:
Pay at the pay on foot parking machines located in the parking garages on the street level near the elevators (cash or credit cards accepted).
Pay at the exit gate of parking garage using credit card.
Pay using Google Pay.
Pay using Apple Pay.
Where are your parking payment machines located?
The Pay On Foot parking payment machines are located on the street level of each garage near the elevators.
What kinds of payment do your parking machines accept?
Machines accept credit cards or cash. Google Pay and Apple Pay is also accepted.
Is disabled parking available?
We offer convenient parking for persons with disabilities. Spaces are available on each level of the garages near entrances/exits, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Standard parking rates will apply.
Why does parking at National Harbor cost so much?
National Harbor, unlike other cities, must build and fund parking garages without municipal participation. High Rise parking is extremely expensive not only to build, but to run. Rates are within the norm in the region and in most cases lower than comparable facilities.
Where can I park?
National Harbor has 3 parking garages strategically located close to hotels, shops, and restaurants. The 3 parking garages include: Fleet, Mariner, and St. George.
Fleet is located at Fleet Street and Potomac Passage, this garage is convenient to the waterfront, plaza, Marina, water-taxi, and lunch and dinner cruises.
Mariner is located at Waterfront Street and Mariner Passage, this garage is convenient to the Westin, Aloft, Residence Inn by Marriott, Marina, and the Fleet Street Entertainment District.
St. George is located at St. George Boulevard and Waterman Passage, this garage is convenient to the Hampton Inn & Suites, Wyndham Vacation Resort, Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, and the Fleet Street Entertainment District.
There is also a parking at the Spirit Park Lot which is located on National Plaza, this parking lot is convenient to the waterfront, Marina, Commercial Water-Taxi, and Plaza Stage.
National Harbor also has metered street parking throughout the property.
Gaylord National parking is located at St. George Blvd. and Waterfront St. which is convenient for all activities associated with the Hotel and Convention Center.
What should I do if I am having trouble exiting the deck?
There is a call button on the exiting gate which is monitored by a customer service center 24 hours/day.
How much parking is available?
4200 garage parking spaces within the 3 parking garages 220 surface lot spaces available 100 metered spaces managed and monitored by Prince George’s County 3500 parking spaces with Gaylord National
Are there monthly or frequent parking programs?
Monthly Employee programs are available for National Harbor employees. See Parking Management Office for details.

Garages are open 24 hours.

How do I use the parking meters?
Meters currently take credit cards or cash.
Does the garage offer in/out privileges with online or prepaid parking?
No, the parking facility does not offer in/out privileges for prepaid or online daily parking.
